What to Expect
1. What is coaching and what is not coaching?
Coaching happens between two equal partners. It is not mentoring, advising or consulting. Coaching is future and action oriented and does not focus on addressing past trauma.
2. How does it work?
My coaching program combines wellbeing with career and self-realization topics, and typically lasts for 6 months with 12 biweekly sessions. You and I set overarching goals at the beginning of each coaching program. Afterwards, each session focuses on one particular area and topic of your choice. In between sessions, you usually take action steps that was come up by you in the previous session.
3. What are the next steps?
If you are interested in working together, the next step is to book a complimentary discovery call. During the call, you and I get to know each other and decide respectively whether it is a good match to work together.
